What’s in a name?

My roses have begun to open with lots of pink, peach, yellow and red blooms. All of them have buds, but I can’t quite make out some of the colors yet. I was only able to include a few names of the roses which still had tags attached. I am missing more then half of the tags, which is sad since I don’t know roses very well. The reason why there are a couple pictures of each rose is because they were taken on different days. I was playing with the lighting and am still trying to learn ISO & F-stops with my old “advanced" point & shoot :)

Oh, I do so miss having any decent roses! The deer like them just as much as I do, unfortunately. I am going to try a climbing rose sometime though. I've just gotta try! We do have a Mister Lincoln which puts out the most beautiful cut-worthy long stemmed bloom. It is my favorite red rose. My favorite color of rose is pink although I don't really know any names either. Just pink! These roses that you have here are gorgeous! Lucky you!

Love that ladybug picture, Melissa! Did you know I have a blog now? It's not so cool, yet, but it's coming. :) www.ejball.blogspot.com
We should get together one of these days.
