Summertime

This past summer was especially busy with taking care of an infant and trying to keep a 4 year old entertained. I managed to keep them both alive, thank the Lord, so it all worked out ;) I also managed to tend my vegetable and rose garden. We had lots of green beans, cherry tomatoes, 1 normal sized zucchini (fail), a few potatoes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and of course roses.

Todd also had a couple projects over the summer such as building a shed and putting together a playset. The shed turned out beautiful and very functional. It has two doors that open wide in the front to all of our tools and the side doors open to narrow spaces that hold the lawn mower and other equipment. The roof is a tinted gray plastic to make everythig inside more visible, Todd is so clever!

The playset was well loved by Ada and her friends over the summer too.
