Master Bath

The master bath looks better already with the wallpaper almost off. There are a few small pieces to get and then I need to wash the walls. I picked paint colors today for the master bedroom and bath. Believe me it is not easy choosing colors. Trying to imagine a whole room painted from one 2" sample card is difficult :) We will see how the colors pan out in the next couple of days. They are neutral brown tones, so hopefully they work.

Oooh....bare walls! The colors sound great. We're getting ready to paint our main bathroom too. Going with brown, beige and blue. The shower curtain brown and beige print. Towels, brown and blue. Thinking, beige walls with one wall being blue. Not sure though, and yes, I can definitely sympathize with trying to choose with the 2" paint color chips! Uggh!

You've done a lot of work! Good job! Are your arms sore?

So my colors are not quite what I imagined. We painted part of the master bedroom and it looks 'ok'. I am thinking of taking the paint back to Home Depot and have them add a darker pigment. They are more peachy, then what I thought the sample showed. It might grow on me though. My arms are a little sore from the work, mostly from reaching high up for long periods of time :)

Just a thought...if it bugs you now...it most likely will bug you always.

You are right, they do bug me...I am going to see what Home Depot can do. The color in the master bedroom is what I think will look better in the bathroom.
